Special offers and Promotion Codes are redeemed on the first page of the Checkout process under "Enter Coupon Code" header. Simply enter your code in the appropriate field and your discount will be automatically reflected in your final order total.
Order Minimums
As this is a wholesale-only shopping site, your product total must reach at least $50.00 before checkout. Orders below the $50.00 minimum are subject to a $25.00 small order handling surcharge.
Backorders
At ShopCJSardi.com, we strive to send out orders 100% complete in a timely fashion; however, in the event of a backorder:
If your order is partially shipped, we will let you know when the backordered item(s) will approximately become available. Your backordered item(s) will be automatically shipped, at no shipping charge to you, when it comes back in stock. You may cancel a backordered item at any time by calling us at 908-309-2526, or by using our Contact Us form. Please reference your web order # with your correspondence.
If you are pre-ordering an out-of-stock item, and your entire CJ Sardi jewelry purchase is comprised of pre-orders/backordered items, regular shipping charges will be applied. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the jewelry is back in stock and ready to ship. You may cancel a backordered item at any time by calling us at 908-309-2526, or by using our Contact Us form. Please reference your web order # with your correspondence.
Shipping & Handling to Domestic Addresses within the 48 contiguous states
Orders for in-stock items will typically be processed and shipped within two to seven business days. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped via insured UPS Ground, but you may upgrade to UPS 2-day or UPS Overnight services for an additional cost. Please note that at this time we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/AP military addresses.

UPS 2-Day Air & UPS Overnight 48-Contiguous State Domestic Delivery Upgrades

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
You must select either the UPS 2-Day or UPS Overnight option for goods shipped to addresses in these states.
Shipping to Canada
ShopCJSardi.com will ship your order to Canada for a flat rate of $18.00 via the Priority Mail International level of service. Most locations in Canada will receive their goods within 6-10 business days (sometimes fewer if your store is located in the eastern part of the country). Your store is responsible for paying appropriate customs, duties and/or VAT.
Shipping to Puerto Rico & International addresses
If you are interested in having your order shipped to Puerto Rico or a country other than the USA, please use the Contact Us form to send us the list of items and your address, or call us at 908-309-2526. We will calculate the shipping weight and send you a quote for the shipping charge to your country. You are responsible for paying appropriate taxes/duties required by your country.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 6.00% is added to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses, unless a valid New Jersey "ST-3" tax exempt form from your company is on file with CJ Sardi. If you are a New Jersey retailer who would like to open a wholesale account with CJ Sardi, please click here to download a NJ ST-3 tax exempt form. Fill out the sections completely, and fax back to our office at 732-531-1220.
Billing Questions
For Credit Card Orders: Upon placing your order on ShopCJSardi.com, we will authorize the amount of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping/handling fees to the credit card you provided during checkout. ShopCJSardi.com will collect payment or charge your account only when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
The ShopCJSardi.com charge will be listed on your credit card bill as: CJ Sardi, LLC.

Checking your Order Status
Once your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will typically be processed and shipped out to you within two to seven business days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you including your ShopCJSardi.com order number and any other relevant information pertaining to your order. Should you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please use the link to our Order Status page. Please note that inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.
Canceling & Modifying Your Order
Please use the Contact Us form concerning order cancellations and modifications. Please be advised that although we will do our best to make the appropriate changes, we cannot do anything to the existing transaction once the order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from ShopCJSardi.com, you may return the product to ShopCJSardi.com for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in "re-saleable condition".
To Exchange an Item:
1) You must contact our customer service via the Contact Us form to request a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Items received without an Return Authorization will either be refused and returned to sender or will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any packages that are refused by a customer at delivery will be subject to a $25 return shipping fee plus a 30% restocking fee.
2) Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip, and let us know whether you'd like store credit or a selection of replacement merchandise.
3) Make sure you include your RA number in the following address, and mail the item back to us:

We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Clearance or Final Sale Items
We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on clearance, final sale or "as-is" items.
Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us immediately. We'll tell you how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
